Here are 100 interview questions spanning 10 common themes in higher ed that may elicit deeper responses and storytelling.

Tip: Always send your questions list to your interview subjects ahead of time. Many of these questions ask for specific examples of impact, and it helps to not put your subjects on the spot with those.
